Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. Technical training or certification in machine operation is a plus.
• Previous experience in a food manufacturing or processing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately weigh and measure ingredients according to production specs.
• Operate and maintain scaling and mixing equipment, ensuring cleanliness.
• Perform routine quality checks and report discrepancies to supervisor.
• Maintain production logs and track ingredient usage and inventory.
• Follow all safety and hygiene protocols to support smooth production.
