Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring for a Sanitation role in California. The position requires maintaining cleanliness in and around the facility, performing routine and deep cleaning, and handling cleaning chemicals in accordance with OSHA/MSDS guidelines. A forklift certificate is required within 30 days, with 0–6 months of warehouse experience preferred.

This is an onsite opportunity offering monthly incentive bonuses and comprehensive benefits. Shift: 2nd; Pay: TBD.

Qualifications

• Forklift certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment
• 0-6 months general warehouse experience
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment through routine cleaning, waste removal, and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and common spaces.
• Perform routine and deep cleaning of the facility, including work areas, floors, docks, and common spaces.
• Safely handle, mix, and use cleaning chemicals per OSHA, MSDS, and company safety guidelines.
• Conduct daily inspections of cleaning tools and equipment; report any damage or safety concerns.
• Maintain sanitation logs, checklists, and required documentation.
• Ensure proper waste removal and disposal of trash, recyclables, and hazardous materials.
