Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Second Shift Forklift Operator in Redlands, CA. You will operate forklifts, conveyors, palletizers and related equipment, load and stage products, and keep lines supplied while reporting any malfunctions or safety hazards.

The role offers $23.25 per hour, a 3:00pm–1:30am schedule, Wednesday–Saturday, plus monthly performance and safety incentive bonuses. We emphasize safety, training, and growth opportunities within DHL's global logistics network.

Qualifications

• Forklift operator certificate or equivalent training within 30 days of employment.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Three months warehouse experience preferred.
• Six months forklift operation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment (conveyors, palletizers, wrappers).
• Load, unload, move, and stage products and materials.
• Identify, report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards.
• Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements and operating standards.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and logs as required.
