Phillips Staffing is seeking a dependable ROV Machine Operator for a manufacturing team in Anderson, SC. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and efficient production in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include setting up machines, monitoring performance, and documenting production activity. You will assist with maintenance, perform LOTO when trained, and participate in safety initiatives while remaining in good standing with PPE and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
• Forklift operation experience.
• Data entry experience.
• Leadership experience in a manufacturing setting is a plus.
• Willingness to become certified in First Aid/CPR and serve as a designated first responder.

Responsabilités

• Set up and operate manufacturing machines according to specs and quality docs.
• Monitor machine performance and product quality during production runs.
• Identify defects, troubleshoot issues, and adjust machines to maintain specs.
• Perform machine changeovers and routine maintenance support.
• Record production activity and quantities accurately.
• Follow quality checks and documentation processes to ensure product quality.
• Notify supervisors of malfunctions or quality issues.
• Assist maintenance techs with repairs to return to production quickly.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear PPE as required.
• Participate in safety initiatives and report unsafe conditions.
• Execute Lockout/Tagout procedures after training.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• May participate in Emergency Response Teams and hold required certifications.
• Shift: 2nd shift, will train on 3rd shift; $21.02/hr.
