Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions/directions in English.
• Physical ability to bend, stoop, stand, and repetitively lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. continuously during shift.
• Must be willing to consistently wear all required PPE on the production floor.

Responsibilities

• Run various operator jobs at rate while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Comprehend packaging instructions; inspect and pack parts per instructions at rate.
• Load and unload press at rate; assemble containers; lube parts as required.
• Perform 5S and housekeeping upkeep; adhere to safety rules, regulations, and standards.
• Ensure all products are built to the highest standard of quality; maximize productivity and efficiency with team members.
• Ensure production goals are met; separate scrap materials from trash and place in appropriate bins.
• Upon completing daily tasks, clean the entire work area and ensure it is free of clutter and debris.
• Adhere to all SSP policies, procedures, and practices and follow supervisor directives consistently.
