Phillips Staffing is seeking a Scrim Machine Operator in Anderson, SC to safely produce first-quality material on the scrim line. You will follow prescribed methods, operate the machine, perform setup, and conduct inspections. The role requires flexibility for overtime and other shifts to meet customer demands.

The successful candidate will maintain PPE usage, complete data entry accurately, and work well independently or on a team in a manufacturing setting.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous machine operation experience highly preferred.
• Willing and able to certify as first aid/CPR first responder.
• Must have forklift and low-lift truck certification.
• Able to read tape measure and record data correctly.
• Basic mathematics skills.
• Ability to work in tight spaces and awkward positions.

• Operate the scrim machine safely and efficiently.
• Set up and operate machines according to spec sheets and quality alerts.
• Follow instructions regarding product requirements and machine setup.
