Job summary

Knowles Precision Devices is seeking a Manufacturing Operator 3 for the 2nd shift (3:30pm - 12:00am) in Liberty, SC. You will operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production equipment, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity, with opportunities to participate in continuous improvement.

This role requires a few years of manufacturing experience, ability to read work instructions, and basic computer skills. Lean experience and forklift certification are a plus; robot troubleshooting is a bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read work instructions and operate production equipment.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Lean manufacturing experience and quality inspection knowledge helpful.
• Forklift certification preferred if applicable.
• Technical training in manufacturing operations; robot troubleshooting a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned machinery, perform setups and changeovers, troubleshoot minor issues, and maintain production records.
• Perform inspections and support corrective actions to ensure quality.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain 5S standards.
• Participate in Lean initiatives and productivity improvements.
• Train and mentor operators and collaborate across functions.
