Venture Products in Orrville, OH, is hiring MIG robotic welders for a 2nd shift (3:00pm–1:30am, Mon–Thu; some Fri overtime). Wages start at $22–$27/hr with a $2,000 sign-on bonus. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent with related work experience.
• 1–3 years welding training or experience.
• Commitment to safety in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate welding robot or perform hand welding to produce weldments/assemblies.
• Read schematics and conform to work instructions.
• Set up jobs by selecting fixtures, weld patterns, components and tooling.
