Job summary

The Toro Company’s Ventrac division in Orrville, OH is hiring robotic welders for a clean, efficient production environment. You will operate both robotic and hand welders to produce accurate weldments, reading schematics and following work instructions.

This role offers a $2,000 sign-on bonus, a 6:30am–3pm Monday–Friday schedule, and pay from $20 to $25 per hour based on experience. Free uniform service and boot reimbursement after six months are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with relevant welding experience.
• 1–3 years welding experience to operate MIG/Pulse welders.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced production line.

Responsibilities

• Operate welding robot and hand welders to produce quality weldments.
• Read schematics and work instructions to set up welds.
• Configure fixtures, weld patterns, components, and tooling for jobs.
