Job summary

Henkel in West Hazleton, PA, is seeking a hands-on operator for 2nd shift in Consumer Brands Production. You will run packaging lines safely, change over equipment for sizes and flavors, and troubleshoot issues while maintaining production records. A forklift may be used to move materials and pallets on-site.

The role requires 1–2 years in manufacturing/warehouse, basic computer skills, and a high school diploma or GED. Overtime may be required, with competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of current or recent work experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Flexibility to rotate to different assignment areas as required.
• Previous team-based work experience preferred.
• Basic to intermediate computer and math skills.
• General mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment on packaging lines safely in accordance with instructions.
• Change over equipment for different sizes and flavors or products.
• Troubleshoot issues and make minor adjustments to equipment.
• Maintain accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed.
• Operate a forklift to supply materials to packaging lines or move full pallets for shipping.
