Job summary

Henkel is seeking a hardworking operator to join our Consumer Brands manufacturing team in the United States. You will run packaging lines, perform changeovers for different products, and troubleshoot equipment issues on a 3rd shift with weekend overtime possibilities.

The role requires 1–2 years in manufacturing or warehouse settings, basic computer and math skills, and a general mechanical aptitude. High school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of current or recent work experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Availability to work 3rd shift (10:30 PM – 6:30 AM) and regular weekend overtime.
• Flexibility to rotate to different assignment areas as required.
• Basic to intermediate computer and math skills.
• General mechanical aptitude.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment on packaging lines safely in accordance with instructions.
• Change over equipment for different sizes and flavors or products.
• Troubleshoot issues and make minor adjustments to equipment.
• Maintain accurate daily production records to analyze manufacturing performance.
• Operate a forklift to supply materials or move pallets for shipping.
