Job summary

Challenge Manufacturing is seeking a Repack Team Member for the 2nd Shift (2:30PM-11:00PM, Mon-Fri) at our Richmond, KY plant. You will repack various parts, print and label containers via Plex, and complete tasks one part number at a time while adhering to safety and process standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong English skills, and teamwork with the ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and understand English to safely perform duties.
• Demonstrates honesty, reliability and initiative.
• Follows procedures and safety rules at all times.
• Works well with others and communicates with supervision.

Responsibilities

• Repack parts from storage into customer containers.
• Print and label containers using Plex system.
• Complete one part number at a time.
• Follow daily objectives and repack requirements with supervision.
• Adhere to plant rules including dress, hair, and device usage.
