Challenge Manufacturing in Richmond, KY is seeking a Repack Team Member for 1st shift (6:00 AM–2:30 PM, M-F). You will repack parts, label containers with Plex, and follow procedures to meet customer quality and packaging requirements.

Required: high school diploma or GED and ability to read, write, and understand English. You must be able to work up to 12 hours per day, including weekends, and maintain safety standards. ESOP benefits apply to eligible roles.

Responsabilidades

• Repack various parts into different containers and prepare for customer orders.
• Print and label new containers using Plex software and equipment.
• Complete one part number at a time while maintaining accuracy.
• Communicate daily objectives and repack requirements with supervision.
• Follow all plant rules and safety procedures, including dressing and behavior.
