Job summary

Challenge Manufacturing in Richmond, KY is seeking a 1st Shift Shipping Repack/Packoff to support production by repacking parts into customer containers and ensuring accurate labeling.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, English proficiency, and the ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures. This on-site, full-time position runs 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with potential for longer hours as needed. Challenge also offers ESOP ownership benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures.
• Willingness to work up to 12 hours per day including Saturday and Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Repack various parts into different containers.
• Print and label new containers via Plex.
• Complete one part number at a time.
• Communicate with supervision on daily objectives and repack requirements.
• Demonstrate proper lifting techniques.
• Follow plant rules including dress, hair and cell phone usage.
