Job summary

The Andersons, Inc. is seeking a Renewables Operations Worker for the 2nd shift in Denison, IA. You will inspect trucks, operate grain handling and receiving equipment, and accurately log shipment data for efficient operations.

Ideal candidates have basic computer and data entry skills, some grain operations experience, and a willingness to work outdoors. Shift: Mon–Fri 10:00 AM–7:00 PM CST, with opportunities for growth and cross‑training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Basic computer and data entry skills are expected.
• Previous grain operations experience preferred.
• Ability to operate mobile equipment and/or hold a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspection activities such as probing trucks.
• Operate grain handling and receiving equipment and enter shipment data.
• Monitor equipment/processes and escalate issues as needed.
• Assist with movement of railcars and general housekeeping.
