Job summary

Seneca Foods is hiring a 2nd Shift Relief Operator in the Packaging department at our Hart, Michigan facility. The role is full-time with hours starting around 4:00–5:00pm, offering a competitive pay range of $19.91 to $23.28 per hour and comprehensive benefits.

You will provide relief coverage during breaks, support absences, and operate multiple packaging line tasks with a focus on safety and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic math skills, and

What You'll Be Doing

What You Bring to the Table

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Basic math and clear communication skills.

The Work Environment

Exposure to wet/humid conditions and extreme heat/cold. Some high noise levels and moving mechanical parts. Exposure to brine, bleach, and cleaning chemicals.

Must wear proper PPE such as bump cap, eye and ear protection, gloves, to ensure your safety as well as protecting the quality of our products.

Strong communication skills are essential, as the role involves regular interaction with team members across departments.
