Job summary

Northeast Recovery is hiring a Recovery Specialist (BHT) for Spring Hill Recovery Center in Ashby, MA. This role offers a 2nd shift (3 PM–11:30 PM) with full-time/part-time options and a pay rate of $16.00–$18.00 per hour.

You will ensure a safe, structured residential environment and collaborate with the Clinical Treatment team to follow established policies and practices. Qualified candidates have at least 1 year in SUD/Behavioral Health or related fields; CPR certification and a high school

Our mission. Northeast Recovery is a network of Drug and Alcohol Addiction Treatment Facilities that provide a variety of levels of care to those who are prepared to begin their journey toward recovery.

Shift: 2nd Shift (3 PM- 11:30 PM)

Salary $16.00 - $18.00 hour

Job Summary

The Recovery Specialist is the first step to starting your career in Recovery. You will be responsible for providing a safe, structured and closely supervised residential living environment. You will maintain consistent adherence to established policies and procedures. Working in cooperation with the Clinical Treatment team and ensuring best clinical/treatment practices in the milieu according to agency standards and philosophy.

Responsibilities and Experience

• Direct client supervision
• Facilitating and co-facilitating client non-clinical groups
• Providing safe client transportation
• Maintaining appropriate documentation according to agency and licensing requirement Experience: 1+ year of 12-Step fellowship experience required A minimum of 2 years in treatment industry preferred CNA, Behavioral Health Tech, Mental Health Tech, Recovery Specialist, Residential Counselor experience preferred Required Qualifications/Licensure & Certifications: CPR Certification High School Diploma Physical Nature of the Job: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force frequently. Often moving with clients.

Qualifications
