Job summary

Northeast Recovery is hiring a Recovery Specialist (BHT) for Spring Hill Recovery Center in Ashby, MA. This role offers a 2nd shift (3 PM–11:30 PM) with full-time/part-time options and a pay rate of $16.00–$18.00 per hour.

You will ensure a safe, structured residential environment and collaborate with the Clinical Treatment team to follow established policies and practices. Qualified candidates have at least 1 year in SUD/Behavioral Health or related fields; CPR certification and a high school

Qualifications

• Experience in SUD/Behavioral Health field preferred.
• CPR certification and a high school diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct client supervision.
• Facilitating and co-facilitating client non-clinical groups.
• Providing safe client transportation.
• Maintaining documentation per agency and licensing requirements.
