Job summary

MITER Brands, located at 2200 E. Riverview Dr., Phoenix, AZ, is hiring for a warehouse associate. You will transport, inspect, and store materials, ensuring accuracy and quality while coordinating with Purchasing and Production to meet production schedules.

This full-time, on-site role requires a HS diploma and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A shift from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, Monday-Friday, with pay around $19–$20/hr plus a $2.50 shift differential, is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management and record-keeping.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to prioritize tasks.
• Great interpersonal skills are essential to operate in and maintain a team environment.
• Great verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport and store materials in designated warehouse locations using material handling equipment.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure that products meet specified standards and are free from damage or defects.
• Work closely with purchasing and production to ensure efficient workflow.
• Communicate with a supervisor or Purchasing Department when materials/supplies are running low.
• Conduct thorough inspections of materials to ensure proper stocking and organization.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Demonstrate MITER Brands Guiding Principles in all business interactions.
• Other duties may be assigned.
