Qualifications

• Valid PA driver's license and safe driving record required.
• Ability to lift and handle heavy products.
• Good people skills and ability to work well in a group.
• Capability to stand and move frequently during repetitive tasks.
• Be quality- and safety-driven; follow all requirements.
• Willing to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Experience in a team environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather components to complete orders and secure in trailer per facility needs.
• Read and understand orders; read job order specifications.
• Understand scanning system for loading trucks; operate safely.
• Follow all company policies and procedures; maintain clean, organized area.
• Comply with safety procedures and wear PPE; participate in process improvements.
• Demonstrate punctual attendance as an essential function of the job.
