Job summary

2M Company is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Phoenix, AZ to join our distribution team. You will maintain a clean, safe warehouse, pull stock for shipments, inspect received goods, and support inventory control and cycle counts.

This full-time role offers an $18.00–$22.00 per hour pay range, opportunities to learn ERP processes, and collaborative work with experienced teammates in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Accurate data entry and ability to prepare routine reports.
• Able to perform basic math operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe and efficient warehouse by organizing stock and disposition.
• Prepare all shipments including pulling stock and preparation of invoices.
• Receive all incoming shipments; inspect for damages and audit for accuracy.
• Put stock away in proper location after receipt in the ERP system.
• Assist in loading and unloading of trucks.
• Assist with inventory control and cycle counts.
• Assists with deliveries and customer service as needed.
• Performs other related duties as needed.
