Job summary

KeHE Distributors in Goodyear, AZ is hiring for an Associate, Warehouse Operations on the 2nd shift (5:30 PM to 2:00 AM). This full-time role focuses on receiving, stowing, picking, packing, and shipping, with strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Starting pay is $20.75 to $23.25 per hour, with a $1.00 shift differential after 7:00 PM, a $3.00 freezer differential, and benefits after 30 days, including Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k), ESOP, PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in food distribution or warehouse environment preferred.
• Experience operating powered warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, stock pickers, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Receive, stow, pick, pack, and ship shipments accurately and on time.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Manage inventory and align product descriptions with labels.
• Maintain production standards and contribute to continuous improvement.
