Job summary

KeHE Distributors, LLC, an employee-owned distributor of natural and organic products, is seeking a Warehouse Associate for 2nd shift in Goodyear, AZ. You will receive, pick, pack, and ship shipments, operate powered equipment, and help maintain inventory with safety and quality as priorities.

The role offers competitive hourly pay ($20.75–$23.25) with shift differential after 7:00 PM, freezer positive differential, and benefits after 30 days, including health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in food distribution or a warehouse environment preferred.
• Experience operating powered warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, stock pickers).
• Strong communication with internal customers and management.
• Ability to follow safe warehouse practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with a warehouse management system (WMS) is a plus.

• Receive, stow, pick, pack, and ship shipments accurately.
• Operate warehouse equipment and manage inventory.
• Maintain safety and quality standards.
• Build pallets to meet customer guidelines.
