Job summary

Danfoss in Mountain Home is seeking a Rapid Response Technician lead. You will guide the Rapid Response team, perform essential maintenance, and troubleshoot to minimize downtime while upholding safety norms.

The role emphasizes rapid triage, preventive maintenance coordination, and collaboration with service providers to sustain equipment reliability. Strong mechanical aptitude and physical capability are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Mechanical aptitude to complete work requests.
• Annual safety training (LOTO, Fall Protection, Arc Flash, HAZMAT).
• Must lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Ability to train and use lift equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Lead Rapid Response team to learn, apply, and retain new techniques and procedures for safety and quality.
• Safely complete work requests from mechanical repairs to part replacements.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance activities and inspections.
• Act as primary resource for braider rapid response, triage, and work orders.
• Support maintenance providers and braider rebuilds to improve reliability.
• Move between work areas as needed to meet delivery and productivity goals.
