Danfoss is seeking a 2nd shift maintenance technician in Mountain Home, AR to safely troubleshoot and repair equipment, support upgrades, and programming related to new installs. You will help achieve uptime and reliability goals at the facility.

The role emphasizes learning new techniques, collaborating with Engineering and EHS, and maintaining a safe, productive work environment while meeting delivery expectations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position.

Responsibilities

• Learn, apply and retain new techniques to improve products, processes and quality.
• Safely complete work requests and safety needs, including part replacements and electrical upgrades.
• Collaborate with Engineering and EHS to complete Capex projects.
• Maintain a safe work environment and practice safety for self and others.
• Move between work areas to meet delivery goals and productivity targets.
• Promote a cooperative, team-oriented work environment under leadership.
