Job summary

Amphenol Borisch Technologies in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Quality Inspector to ensure products and incoming materials meet drawings, specifications, and written requirements. You will perform final visual and dimensional inspections and disposition parts according to established procedures.

The role requires good communication, the ability to work independently or with a team, and comfort with overtime. IPC-A-610/620 certifications are preferred, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and microscopy

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• IPC-A-610 certified preferred.
• IPC-A-620 certified preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to use a microscope.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• Must pass a visual acuity test.

Responsibilities

• Perform final visual and dimensional inspections of products.
• Inspect incoming materials and parts from suppliers to ensure conformance to specifications.
• Disposition product according to written procedures and work instructions.
• Maintain inventory location and status via barcode scanning and electronic database.
• Maintain and update documentation of records via FilePro and spreadsheets.
• Communicate with Quality Engineers, Supervisors, and Cell Leads.
• Any other task assigned by manager.
