Responsibilities

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections on products.
• Verify print quality through color checks and proofing.
• Measure components with precision tools to confirm tolerances.
• Identify, document, and report non-conformities in real time.
• Perform repetitive inspection tasks accurately throughout the shift.
• Complete inspection records and documentation timely.
• Follow Safety Standards, SOPs, GMPs, and quality procedures.
• Apply SPC, SQF, and HACCP knowledge to evaluate quality.
• Maintain familiarity with production processes (printing, cutting, molding).
• Use computers for quality data entry and reporting (Windows, Office).
• Lift and move materials up to 40 pounds as needed.
• Keep a clean, organized work area and comply with safety rules.
• Adapt to shift changes and cover for colleagues when needed.
• Follow company policies and safety protocols at all times.
• Work independently with accountability and support cross-functional teams.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
