Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Quality Inspector for the 2nd shift (2:30pm - 10:30pm) in Rolling Meadows, IL. You will ensure precision and quality of parts, performing first-piece inspections and dimensional checks using micrometers, calipers, and gauges, with experience on 2D scanners and CMM as preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with micrometer, calipers, and precision measuring tools.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading.
• Experience with 2D scanner.
• Experience with CMM program and Zeiss equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect parts coming off turret for 1st piece inspection.
• Check dimensions using precision measurement tools such as micrometers and calipers.
• Utilize a 2D scanner, with required experience, and preferred experience with CMM.
