Qualifications

• 2 years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience performing dimensional and visual inspection of manufactured parts.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications and inspection requirements.

Responsibilities

• Inspect parts visually and dimensionally for conformance to drawings and specs.
• Use precision measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, and optical comparators.
• Request NDT evaluations as necessary.
• Use SPC charts and complete inspection reports, including first article reports.
• Read blueprints and use various gages; communicate daily activities to the next shift.
