Job summary

Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, specifications in English.
• Basic shop math skills.
• Basic computer skills, including Excel and Word.
• Ability to use precision inspection tools (calipers, micrometers).
• Understanding of MRB and quality processes.
• Ability to communicate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Planning, and other departments.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy and organization.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Inspect with precision tools to verify product acceptance.
• Prepare and test samples; perform salt spray and humidity tests; torque and tensile testing.
• Use blueprints and specs to determine acceptance.
• Cross-train in receiving, MRB, and related inspection processes.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
