Eaton is seeking a Quality Inspector I (2nd Shift) to join our Greenwood facility. The role focuses on inspection, data logging, and adherence to process changes. Monday–Thursday, 3:00 pm–1:00 am shift with a $1.00 per hour differential.

You’ll review drawings, inspect components, and collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and product managers to resolve issues, maintain records, and support Lean work practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• No visa sponsorship or relocation offered; must reside within 50-mile radius of Greenwood facility.

Responsabilités

• Ensure all checklists, red tags, and written process changes are completed and signed by certified personnel.
• Maintain detailed records of defect data for historical databases.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain inspection equipment for accuracy.
• Review drawings and inspect structures to identify defects with cross-functional teams.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving across the operation.
• Verify work completed per specifications and requirements.
