Eaton is seeking a Quality Inspector I for the 2nd shift at its Greenwood, SC facility. The role involves detailed inspection, equipment calibration, and concurrent documentation to ensure products meet customer specs.

You will review drawings, manage defect data, and coordinate with suppliers for nonconformities. The job offers a base rate of $20.94 per hour plus a $1.00 per hour shift differential, with eligibility for a variable pay plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• No immigration sponsorship or relocation assistance will be provided.

Responsabilités

• Perform detailed inspection activities to ensure products meet specifications.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain inspection equipment for accuracy.
• Review drawings and identify defects; communicate issues to stakeholders.
• Maintain defect data for historical databases and prepare DMRs for nonconforming items.
• Conduct incoming inspections on critical parts and coordinate return with suppliers.
• Support continuous improvement and verify work per specifications.
