Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. in Chelmsford, MA is seeking a 2nd Shift Quality Engineer to drive operational excellence on the factory floor. You will partner with design and manufacturing to reduce defects, improve processes, and ensure compliance for high-reliability products.

Responsibilities include leading quality initiatives, performing root cause analysis, and supporting supplier and customer audits. A Master’s or Bachelor’s in engineering with 2+ years of relevant experience is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience in electronics manufacturing.
• 2+ years of engineering experience in electronics manufacturing environment.
• Proven leadership and effective verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of RCCA and Quality Management Systems (ISO9001, AS9100).
• Able to manage multiple issues and set priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong machining/tolerancing/drawings interpretation and electrical engineering skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Quality Group metrics to senior staff at regular intervals.
• Collaborate with design and manufacturing to define and implement process improvements and ensure NPI readiness.
• Support documentation improvements and process audits across functions.
• Participate in supplier and customer audits and RFQ reviews.
• Lead root cause corrective actions and verification to prevent recurrence.
• Assist with MRB/TRB/Change requests on a weekly basis.
