Job summary

Brakebush Brothers, Inc. seeks a 2nd Shift Quality Control Technician I to ensure products meet quality standards across the production line.

You will perform tests, record results, and communicate findings to QA and production teams to prevent defects. Responsibilities include monitoring CCPs, maintaining records, and upholding HACCP, USDA, and GMP standards while working 3:30 pm–1:30 am Mon–Thu with pay of $23.18 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of HACCP program and quality standards.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Computer literacy; SAP and Windows Office experience a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork; able to work with minimal supervision.
• Pre-employment drug test and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Perform tests and checks on products including metal detectors and date code verification.
• Inspect product at production stages to ensure quality.
• Maintain records of checks and data for audits or complaints.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
