Stark Carpet Corp. is seeking an experienced QC/Packer for the 2nd shift in our warehouse. You will inspect finished products for defects, pack and label items, and ensure quality before shipment or storage.

Responsibilities include using measuring tools and visual checks, reporting non-conforming materials, and following safety and quality procedures. You may train new teammates and help maintain a clean, organized work area to meet deadlines.

Qualificações

• Experience in a manufacturing facility.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, labels, and product specifications.
• Basic math and computer skills for recordkeeping and labeling.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Willingness to cross-train and support other areas as needed.
• Able to lift to up 50lbs multiple times a day
• Able knee, squat and bend for extended periods of time

Responsabilidades

• Inspect finished products for defects, damage, or inconsistencies according to quality standards.
• Use measuring tools, visual checks, and other methods to verify product quality.
• Identify and report non-conforming materials or products to the appropriate supervisor.
• Package approved products neatly and securely for shipment or storage.
• Label packaging accurately according to customer or internal specifications.
• Follow safety, and quality procedures at all times.
• Collaborate with production staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist in training new team members on quality and packing procedures as needed.
