Job summary

Stark Carpet Corporation is seeking an experienced QC/Packer for 2nd shift in our Calhoun, GA warehouse. You will inspect finished products, verify quality with measuring tools and visual checks, and report any non-conformities to supervision.

You will package, label, and prepare products for shipment while upholding safety and cleanliness standards. The role requires accuracy, basic math and computer literacy for recording data, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, labels, and product specifications.
• Basic math and computer skills for recordkeeping and labeling.

Responsibilities

• Inspect finished products for defects, damage, or inconsistencies according to quality standards.
• Use measuring tools, visual checks, and other methods to verify product quality.
• Identify and report non-conforming materials or products to the appropriate supervisor.
• Package approved products neatly and securely for shipment or storage.
• Label packaging accurately according to customer or internal specifications.
• Follow safety, and quality procedures at all times.
• Collaborate with production staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist in training new team members on quality and packing procedures as needed.
