Job summary

Sauer Brands, Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Lab Technician to collect, test, and document quality dressing, mayonnaise, and sauces. You will sample, record results, and enforce GMPs while coordinating with production, packaging, maintenance, and warehousing.

The role focuses on line checks, moisture and fat testing, and ensuring safety standards in a fast-paced plant environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform analytical testing on batched samples.
• Accurate data recording and documentation.
• Fluent communication with production and QA teams.
• Knowledge of GMPs and safe handling of chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality checks in mainline or portion control.
• Test moisture and fat content on products.
• Pull samples for retains and micro analysis.
• Perform x-ray examinations on lines.
• Notify QC management of quality issues.
