Job summary

Custom Building Products, LLC is seeking a QC Lab Technician to join our Las Vegas, NV facility on the second shift. You will perform quality control tests on production batches and finished goods, calibrate equipment, and ensure packaging accuracy while maintaining documentation and compliance with SOPs.

The role includes a 4/10 workweek (Mon-Thu, 4:00 PM–2:30 AM) with overtime as needed and a $1.50/hr shift differential.

Qualifications

• Prefer a bachelor’s degree in related field; or if no degree must have 3 years QC Lab experience
• Great work ethic and impeccable attendance
• Able to read and understand work orders and complex instructions
• Solid previous work experience required
• Preferred – Experience operating a forklift but not required

Responsibilities

• Perform QC tests on production batches and finished goods to ensure standards.
• Maintain and calibrate lab equipment; troubleshoot problems.
• Ensure correct weight and packaging conformance; weight audits.
• Maintain QA documentation and records.
• Follow SOPs and QC programs.
