Job summary

Techmer PM, LLC seeks a Lab Technician for our Dalton, GA facility on the 2nd shift (Mon-Thurs, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM). Will perform product testing, color adjustments, and QC to ensure conformance with P&P specifications. Salary is $21.50 per hour with benefits and potential bonuses.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least 2 years of lab experience, plus familiarity with color spectrophotometers and standard lab equipment. On-site position with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Color spectrophotometer knowledge (Xrite/DataColor)
• Basic computer skills (MS Office)
• Strong English communication skills; Spanish a plus
• Basic mathematics for analytical reports

Responsibilities

• Quality control testing to ensure products meet specs
• Operate lab equipment and color adjustments per P&P specifications
• Document data and generate COA with required information
• Investigate nonconforming materials or products and take corrective action
• Maintain QC files and ensure traceability of standards
