Job summary

Olympus Group Inc. is hiring a Product Inspection Technician I for the 2nd shift in Las Vegas, NV. You will inspect, pack, and document product quality, coordinating with sales and warehouse teams to ensure accurate execution of orders.

Responsibilities include photographing finished products, assembling modular frames, and using our ERP system to log time and quantities. Candidates should read instructions, perform basic math, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret operating instructions and procedures.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or team members.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide; read a measuring tape.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Good phone skills and interact well with others.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product meets customer expectations and is packaged per instructions.
• Provide warehouse with piece count and job details for efficient shipping.
• Notify sales of completion and seek final approval or corrective actions.
• Communicate failures to department managers for quality control.
• Capture photos for archiving process.
• Complete inspection and packaging tasks per schedule.
• Read job traveler and follow instructions for correct production and packaging.
• Take photos of finished products using photo app.
• Assemble modular frame systems.
• Quality control: ensure products meet standards.
• Record time and quantities in ERP system.
• Meet timing standards and expectations of product.
• Train teammates on jobs and share knowledge.
• Maintain orderly, clean, and safe workspace.
• Remain flexible to changing demands and deadlines.
