Job summary

JBS Foods seeks a 2nd Shift QA Technician to ensure product safety and quality through testing at multiple stages of production. You will interpret specifications, conduct tests, and analyze data to support GMP and HACCP compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of food manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical procedures and standards.

Responsibilities

• Interpret specifications and SOPs to ensure testing accuracy.
• Set up and perform destructive/non-destructive tests per SOPs.
• Test products for dimensions, performance, and characteristics.
• Analyze data and communicate findings to QA leadership.
• Assist in training personnel on testing and GMP compliance.
• Maintain QA lab organization and equipment per SOPs.
