Job summary

Xylem is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor (2nd Shift) in Morton Grove, IL. You will oversee the QA team, implement inspection procedures, and drive continuous improvement to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a strong background in quality management, problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to support NPI activities and PPAP requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant experience with leadership in manufacturing quality.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management systems.
• Experience leading or supervising in a manufacturing or operations setting.
• Experience with quality inspection equipment and quality-related software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the QA team with daily direction, coaching, and performance oversight.
• Develop, implement, and maintain QA processes, inspection methods, and standards.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and data analysis; drive CAPA using RCA.
