Job summary

Pero Family Farms is seeking a 2nd Shift QA/QC Technician at our Delray Beach facility to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards. You will inspect products, perform CCP testing, calibration, and sanitation evaluations while maintaining GMPs and accurate records.

The role is full-time, onsite, with a 4PM–2AM schedule and availability on holidays and weekends. Prior HACCP training and produce experience are preferred to support our organic and conventional operations.

Qualifications

• Food Quality inspection experience, produce experience preferred.
• Good communication skills in English.
• HACCP certification or training.
• Ability to follow complex verbal and written instructions.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect inbound/outbound product and document observations.
• Take temperature and cultures of product.
• Perform HACCP-related testing and audits.
• Monitor organic handling, CCP testing and sanitation checks.
• Calibrate weights, thermometers and testing tools.
• Maintain GMPs and sanitation documentation.
• Assist with rework, shelf-life evaluation and paperwork.
