Job summary

Mölnlycke seeks a Production Technician for its Wiscasset, Maine site on 2nd shift (3:00 PM–1:00 AM, Mon–Thu). This entry-level role includes comprehensive, paid on-the-job training to begin a career in manufacturing.

The technician will perform hands-on production processes, follow GMP/ISO quality systems, and support a safe, efficient workplace. Overtime and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or adjusted schedules.
• Strong work ethic with a hands-on approach.
• Willingness to learn and follow GMP and ISO quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform production processing duties in the manufacturing of Specialty Wound Care products.
• Manufacture fluidized medium used to produce Fluidized Positioners from raw materials to finished goods.
• Follow GMP, quality guidelines, and documentation requirements.
• Prepare, inspect, monitor, and operate production materials and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work areas and equipment in compliance with EHS guidelines.
• Identify and report quality, equipment, or safety concerns to the Team Lead or Supervisor.
• Contribute to efficient and safe manufacturing through Lean principles.
• Participate in training and development programs.
