Job summary

DuPont is hiring a Production Technician for the Valley View site, on second shift (2:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m.). You will operate presses, ovens and basic assembly equipment while ensuring quality and compliance with SOPs. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and occasional heavy lifting, with required respirator use.

A $1,000 onboarding bonus is offered after 90 days. Experience in lean manufacturing and 5S is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willing to lift up to 55 lbs and wear a respirator.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge and 5S familiarity preferred.
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate presses, ovens and basic assembly equipment.
• Ensure quality and conformance with SOPs and work instructions.
• Visually inspect final product for defects and adherence to specs.
• Use micrometers, calipers, Keyence gauges and templates for measurement.
• Complete in-house training to obtain inspection stamps.
