Job summary

DuPont seeks a Production Technician at our Stow, Ohio site to perform light manufacturing tasks, operate presses and ovens, and assemble components with a strong emphasis on safety and quality. The role requires adherence to AS9100D and strict regulatory standards.

The position offers a starting wage of $23.83 per hour with a $2.50 per hour shift premium for 2nd/3rd shifts, plus a $1,000 onboarding/90-day bonus and another $1,000 after 90 days of employment. U.S.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Occasionally lift and move objects up to 55 lbs.
• Must be able to wear a respirator.

Responsibilities

• Operate presses, ovens, and basic assembly equipment.
• Ensure quality and conformance with SOPs and equipment instructions.
• Visually inspect final product for defects (FOD) and ensure customer specifications.
• Use micrometers, calipers, automated gages, and templates for inspection.
• Complete in-house training to obtain inspection stamps.
