Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Successful completion of basic skills test.
• Successful completion of drug screens, background screens, and physical demands testing.
• Solid reading, writing and mathematics skills including decimals & fractions.
• Ability to read and interpret precise measuring instruments.
• Works well with others on the team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow PPE rules.
• Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies.
• Operate production equipment per standard work requirements.
• Enter all required data into job tickets and production logs.
• Support 5S standards and maintain machine condition.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and autonomous maintenance as needed.
• Meet daily production quotas and adjust pace to schedules.
• Perform other assigned tasks as needed.
