Job summary

Lippert Components is seeking a production associate to help manage the flow of materials in the manufacturing environment. You will verify parts specifications, keep stations stocked, and move components through the process to shipping.

The role requires teamwork, attention to measurements, and the ability to follow safety rules. This is a full-time, hourly position with early shifts, located on-site in Indiana.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Manufacturing/industry experience preferred.
• Able to read basic blueprints and use common hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in flow of production and ensure proper parts supply at processing stations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and housekeeping.
• Move materials from installation area to shipping area and support repair work as needed.
