Job summary

Impact Workforce Solutions is seeking a Production Team Lead for the West Point, GA facility on the 2nd shift. The role involves directing daily production activities, coaching staff, training new and existing employees, and driving safety, quality, and on-time delivery in a hands-on environment.

Ideal candidates have assembly/manufacturing experience, leadership skills, and strong communication in English.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of relevant manufacturing or production experience.
• Previous assembly experience required.
• Experience leading, training, or directing production employees.
• English communication skills, verbal and written, to support safe operations and training.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily direction and support to production team members.
• Monitor production operations and maintain efficient workflow.
• Train new and existing employees and maintain training records.
• Ensure team members are properly trained for assigned work.
• Help the team meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Identify obstacles and work with leadership to resolve issues.
• Recommend improvements to processes and team performance.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and work instructions.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive environment.
• Address employee concerns and performance issues with leadership.
