Qualifications

• Advanced production knowledge and experience.
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; US work authorization.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead employees and drive team to optimize production performance.
• Increase efficiency and productivity of operators and equipment while ensuring quality.
• Troubleshoot equipment, assist with changeovers, set-ups, and maintenance scheduling.
• Maintain records including maintenance reports, downtime, SPC charts, time and attendance scheduling.
• Promote continuous improvement through SPS activities and problem solving.
• Enforce safety and housekeeping; provide coaching and feedback.
